Research assistantship

CIRST researchers encourage their students to select topics which are relevant to the general scientific programme of CIRST. Most of these students are hired as research assistants or receive funding from scholarships. The assistants constitute important parts of research groups and participate in the definition of each group’s topics and methodologies. They perform many essential tasks which vary according to the group and research project: reviewing the relevant literature, collecting and analysing data, writing research reports, etc.
